BOOKING CONDITIONS.
Salisbury Court Holiday Flats are strictly non-smoking under no circumstances must anyone smoke within the flats, hallways or landings. Anyone found ignoring this rule might be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your holiday.
1. The persons listed on the booking form shall only use the accommodation. Additional persons may only be accommodated by arrangement with the proprietors.
2. A child of any age counts as one person (except babies in own carry cot)
3. To enable our cleaners the time needed to prepare the accommodation for you please note the following. Flats are available from 3.pm on the Saturday you arrive and it is requested that they be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. If you arrive early we can take your luggage this will be stored for you until your accommodation is ready.
4. A booking deposit of £50.00 for each week is required and must accompany the booking form. The balance of account is due 28 days before arrival.
5. In the event of cancellation the hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let and the same terms obtained in which case the whole of the money received may be refunded. It may be advisable to insure against the possibility of cancellation.
6. No pets may be brought into the flats.
7. The proprietors will not be liable to any person for personal injury, or loss, or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
8. When you arrive at Salisbury Court your accommodation will be clean, tidy and free from garbage. Please ensure when you leave the flat it is in the condition you found it. The accommodation must be kept in a clean and tidy condition.
9. In the interest of safety children must not be allowed to play in the hall, corridors or on the staircase that are for access only.
10. Terms quoted are per flat not per person.
11. Electric meters are provided in each flat and use £1 coins.
